Amazon Consumer Contact Records
Our Amazon category concerns consumer contacts, not Amazon sellers or product-catalogue data. The nine-field structure combines personal contact attributes with recorded opt-in provenance.
Our Amazon contact fields
Our defined structure contains the following nine fields. Field availability and the selection brief are agreed with our team.
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Gender
- Age
- Address
- Opt-in URL
- Opt-in time and date
CATEGORY AND SCOPE
Discuss your contact-data specification
Retailers and consumer-service businesses can discuss a brief supported by independent permission for the actual sender and offer. Registration with Amazon does not subscribe a person to another business’s marketing.
We do not present these records as an Amazon-authorised customer export. Amazon order histories, purchases, reviews, account access and payment details are outside this specification.
RECORDED PERMISSION
Consent for disclosure and the actual sender
We use recorded opt-in provenance as part of the contact specification. The opt-in URL and time identify the recorded source event; they do not replace the notice, consent wording or any required permission for disclosure to another business.
Our permitted scope follows the underlying permission for the sender, topic and channel. Platform registration, a public profile, a directory entry or membership alone does not authorise a sale or a marketing campaign. A purchase does not expand permission.
Phone availability does not establish WhatsApp or Telegram registration or permission for messages on those platforms. Automated or AI marketing calls require the applicable channel-specific authorisation.
LOCAL LAW AND PERMITTED HANDLING
Privacy and marketing requirements
For each destination, we assess the lawful basis for disclosure, the collection notice and the marketing channel. EU GDPR and national ePrivacy rules apply where relevant; UK GDPR and PECR apply to UK contacts. Other markets have their own privacy, marketing and do-not-call requirements. B2B status does not remove personal-data obligations.
- Applicable privacy and data-disclosure requirements
- Channel-specific marketing and do-not-call rules
- Recipient objections and sale opt-out rights where applicable
We do not describe a source URL as a legal certification or promise unrestricted use across jurisdictions. Disclosure and marketing must each have the required basis; consent cannot authorise a prohibited activity.
Read our Privacy Policy and data sourcing information.
Opt-out and do-not-call handling
Contacts can request removal, object to marketing or submit an applicable sale opt-out through our Do Not Sell My Info page. Sender-specific suppression and any applicable national do-not-call screening remain separate requirements. This request page is not a national DNC registry or proof that a number is cleared for calls.
Google and channel eligibility
These pages do not establish approval for Google Ads or Shopping. Merchant Center guidance says not to sell users’ contact information. Purchased third-party records do not meet Customer Match’s first-party collection requirement.
Gmail advises against purchased addresses; possession of an email address does not create a subscription. Sending-platform rules apply separately from a lawful data disclosure.
